Where to Find Us
We wander along the coast. We are based in Aljezur, where the Costa Vicentina opens up to the Atlantic without asking the wind for permission.
We don't have a fixed address. We follow the light, the tide, and the silence. Once you confirm the session, we'll send you the exact location via text message.
We always choose our spot the same way: the ocean in front of us, the entire horizon, and cold water within reach.

Our ritual
Each session lasts 50 minutes and includes two to three rounds, each consisting of three phases: heat, cold, and a break.
Heat
10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, at a temperature between 75 and 85 °C. Let your body soak up the heat until you feel the call of the sea. It’s not a challenge: just step out when your body tells you to.
Sea
Walk out to the water and dive in at your own pace. The cold sharpens your senses and brings you back to the present.
Pause
Spend 5 to 10 minutes wrapped in the towel, with the horizon as your companion. Drink some water, breathe, and let your body recover. It is during this pause that the ritual is completed. Don’t skip it.
By the second round, the sea begins to call for you. By the third, you might understand why this tradition has been passed down through generations in Finland.
Heat, cold, and a break. Repeat at your own pace. Listen to your body. Live in the moment.
How to book your spot

Check the available times below and choose the perfect time to join us. Offshore Sauna is mobile; once your session is confirmed, we’ll email you the exact location. We always choose a spot where the ocean is nearby and the horizon stretches endlessly.
What should you bring? A swimsuit, a bottle of water, and a towel. You must have a towel to sit on inside the sauna.
The warmth, the ocean, and time to unwind are all included. All you need to bring is a desire to relax and immerse yourself in this experience.

For 50 minutes, the sauna is all yours—a haven of warmth and tranquility to share with your group.
Select "Private Session," book your preferred time, and arrive 10 minutes early.
What should I bring? A swimsuit, a towel to sit on in the sauna (required), and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
The rest is up to us: the crackling fire and nature waiting for you.
